Return Policy – Vintage Jungle

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return the product.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@vintagejungle.nl

Items must be returned in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Store Credit

Approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit.
Your store credit can be used on any future purchase and does not expire.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
In these cases, we will offer a refund or replacement, depending on the situation.

Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your return has been approved. If approved (only in cases of defects or incorrect items), refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
