All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please note that during busy periods or market days, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times:

Netherlands: 1–3 business days
European Union: 3–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal services, customs processing, or unforeseen delays.

We ship our orders using reliable postal and courier services such as PostNL or comparable international carriers.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Vintage Jungle is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Vintage Jungle is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or external circumstances beyond our control.
