Vintage Jungle is an online vintage store offering carefully curated, one-of-a-kind items. We operate from the Netherlands and sell worldwide.

We do our best to display product descriptions, colors and details as accurately as possible. However, colors and details may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.

All items are subject to availability. As our collection consists mainly of unique vintage pieces, once an item is sold it is usually not restocked.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order means you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If your order is cancelled, you will be refunded in full.

Prices are listed in EUR unless stated otherwise and may exclude shipping costs, taxes, or duties, which are shown at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless stated otherwise.

Estimated delivery times:

Netherlands: 1–3 business days

EU: 3–7 business days

International: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors are beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery of the order, unless the customer has arranged their own carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

In line with EU consumer law, customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned unused, in original condition, and with tags attached.
